• Arts completes Govt office masterpiece

    On track to saving $25million a year

    The arrival of the Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA) into Gordon Stephenson House (GSH) marked an important milestone in the State Government’s office accommodation reforms, Finance Minister Simon O’Brien said today.

    “DCA is the ninth and final tenant to move into GSH, bringing another stage of Office Accommodation Master Planning to a successful conclusion,” Mr O’Brien said.

    “The Government remains on track to avoid costs of up to $25million a year in office accommodation, at a time when the Perth CBD office rental market is the tightest in the nation.”
