• Christmas Closedown

    The Office of State Revenue will be closed from 24 December 2018 to 1 January 2019.

    During this period, the public counter area and call centres will be closed. The following online services will be available 24/7 during the closedown. However, technical support will not be available. We suggest you complete any actions before the closedown to ensure your needs are met.

    FHOG payments will not be processed during the closedown period. The final FHOG payments for 2018 will be made on Friday 21 December 2018. Payments will recommence on Thursday 3 January 2019. For all FHOG queries please phone the FHOG enquiry line on 08 9262 1299.

    If you need an eligible transaction assessed immediately or want to pay in person, please attend the public counter on or before 21 December 2018 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
