    The Office of State Revenue will be closed from Monday 25 December 2017 and will reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2018.

    The public counter and all call centres for taxes and grants and will be closed during this time.

    State Revenue offers a range of online services and payment options that are available on a 24/7 basis. These services include:

    First home owner grant (FHOG) payments will not be processed during the closedown period. The final FHOG payments for 2017 will be made on Friday 22 December 2017 and payments will recommence on Wednesday 3 January 2018.

    Customers requiring the assessment of a transaction eligible for immediate assessment or to make a payment in person will need to attend the public counter on or before 22 December 2017 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

    Technical support for Revenue Online clients will continue in a reduced capacity and can be accessed through the Online Enquiry forms.
