• Customer Service Hours and Public Counter Services

    From 1 September 2017, State Revenue’s telephone and front counter services will be accessible between 8.30am and 4.30pm on business days.

    The minor reduction in service hours reflects the low level of use of these services outside these times and the expansion of State Revenue’s suite of digital services available to meet customer needs on a 24/7 basis. These services include:

    State Revenue's Front Counter and Reception area is now located on Level 3 of QBE House.

    Public access to Level 3 is only available during customer service hours.

    Our contact details have not been affected by the relocation of our front counter and reception area.
