    When writing or emailing, please provide a reference number to help in obtaining a response.

    This service is provided to allow the public to anonymously submit information to the Department regarding situations where taxpayers or grant and concession recipients may not have complied with the legislation.

    In the interests of maintaining equity amongst taxpayers, the Commissioner values the supply of information regarding evasion or avoidance of State Revenue Legislation.  In this regard all information from anonymous phone callers will undergo a thorough investigation and where necessary the appropriate action will be taken.
