    The Online Services Portal allows a user to view land holdings, account details and valuation history.  You can also apply for a residential exemption or extension of time to make a payment.

    It also provides authorised representatives the ability to access a client’s land holdings.

    You will be required to register the first time you access the portal.

    To link to a Land Tax taxpayer record, you must provide the following information:
    • Client ID - found on all correspondence the taxpayer has received from the Office of State Revenue.
    • Payment Reference Number (PRN) - displayed as the Payment Ref directly below the Client ID on the top right of the first page of the taxpayer’s land tax notice of assessment.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I receive an assessment notice via email or the portal?

    No. Assessments are sent out by mail and details of each assessment are available within the portal. Assessments cannot be provided by email.

    What is acceptable proof of ID?

    A copy of a driver’s licence, passport, or birth certificate extract.
    A land tax assessment notice is not acceptable.

    Can I share login details with anyone?

    No. Sharing your login details breaches the terms of use.
    Each person accessing the portal must have their own registered username and password.

    Will I be able to access the portal as soon as I have registered?

    It takes 1-2 working days for your registration to be approved. Processing times may vary during busy periods.

    How do I see my notifications?

    Notifications can be accessed via the bell image at the top right of the screen.

     

    Can I apply for a residential exemption through the portal?

    Yes. Click on the ‘Residential Exemption’ quick link to apply.

    How can I see all of my client’s landholdings if I don’t manage all of their properties?

    If you are not the agent for all of your client’s landholdings, you must provide a signed letter from the owners confirming you have authority to access that information.

    How do I apply for an extension of time to make a payment?

    Apply online for a payment arrangement. If you are already logged in, your details will be pre-populated within the application form.

    How do I change my password?

    Your password can be reset directly from the ‘change your password’ or ‘forgotten password’ options.
