The Department’s objective is to facilitate the efficient operations of government, informed decision making and value-for-money outcomes for Western Australia. We achieve this by being sought out for our trusted advice and quality services to Government and its agencies.

Previously our graduates completed rotations in a number of business areas. In these placements, they worked alongside senior staff on key projects including:

  • Collaborating with other agencies to implement whole-of-government policies.
  • Attending project evaluation meetings determining multi-million dollar contract awards.
  • Resolving tax disputes.
  • Delivering new primary schools.
  • Cutting government red tape.
