Tenders
The Department of Finance Tenders Office manages Works and Goods and Services tenders from one primary location, the Optima Centre Building in Osborne Park.
Providing an ongoing tenders management service to Government Agencies , staff can assist with the distribution of tender documentation, receiving tender submissions, general enquiries relating to current tendering projects, including initial support to suppliers and contractors for the State’s online tendering system Tenders WA – www.tenders.wa.gov.au
The Department of Finance uses Tenders WA as the central source to advertise their tenders and publish contractual awards, including sole source purchases.
Enquiries relating to specific contractual or technical matters should be directed to the nominated Project Manager or Contract Manager as described in the tender documentation.
Queries relating to system difficulties with Tenders WA are referred to Procurement Systems and Standards – Phone: 08 6551 2020.
Generally, tenders close at 2.30pm Tuesday-Friday except the day following a Public Holiday.
