The Department of Finance appreciates your feedback and comments. Our aim is to provide information that is easy to read, easy to locate, current and relevant to you.

Complaints and Feedback System

Our Complaints and Feedback System is an online system which allows you to submit your feedback or complaint and allows us to track the required actions.  Please use the online complaints and feedback system for all complaints.

Exceptions

The following areas are not handled by our internal complaints processes and should be directed to the appropriate Minister, court or tribunal:

  • Matters directly relevant to legislative provisions or rates of tax
  • Matters of administrative law
  • Appeal decisions
  • Judicial decisions.
