Certificates of Land Tax Charges
Owners or purchasers of land may check whether any land tax assessed in respect to land remains outstanding by lodging a liability enquiry with this Office.
A Certificate of Land Tax Charges will be issued showing the amount of any outstanding liability in respect of the land.
The fee for an enquiry lodged on the paper enquiry form is $35. Forms are available from this Office.
Authorised agents may lodge liability enquiries through the Electronic Advice of Sale (EAS) system. The fee for an enquiry lodged through the EAS system is $35.
