Supplier Portal Introduction
Building Management and Works (BMW) have transitioned to a Whole of Government shared corporate services environment. As a result, certain BMW financial systems and processes have been replaced by Department of Finance systems.
Changes are continuing as BMW moves towards introducing the Project and Contract Management system (PACMAN) and work continues towards ensuring the best outcome for supplier businesses and payment of services. This does not affect suppliers' day-to-day working relationships with BMW, and suppliers should continue to interact with local BMW representatives and undertake the same
types of work, in much the same manner as they did in the past.
To audit supplier details, and to ensure the accuracy of the details in the new system, suppliers may have received requests to update their details. Suppliers are encouraged to use the ‘Supplier Creation/Maintenance’ form found under Forms in this Supplier Portal to continue updating details of their postal address, bank details and contact email addresses as changes occur, to ensure payments and information from BMW and Shared Services are received promptly.
The Supplier Portal will provide further information and updates on the progress of the transition.
