I'm a Contract Manager
Contract managers are people who work in the Western Australian public service and are involved in the day to day administration and management of government contracts as part of or their entire role. To highlight the importance of contract management and to assist in building the capacity and capability of contract managers the Department of Finance has established the Contract Management Advisory Services (CMAS) team.
Contract Management Awareness Session
The CMAS team, in its role to help contract managers build their capacity and capability in contract management, has developed the Awareness Session to provide an overview of contract management tasks and responsibilities that all staff should be aware of when managing contracts. The session is presented by CMAS and will be held on a regular basis. The session can also be presented at an agency.
