State Supply Commission Procurement Policies

The State Supply Commission (SSC) procurement policies were reviewed during the latter half of 2007. As a result, the current suite of revised policies came into effect on 1 January 2008.
These policies, which are all described on the SSC website, include the following:

The SSC also administers the Buy Local Policy on behalf of the State Government.

Government Procurement has worked with the SSC to develop a Procurement Practice Guide which assists public sector officers in the purchase of goods and services.
