Contract Development Management System (CDMS) Training

CDMS is a web based software application that provides a step-by-step approach to contract development and management of government goods and services contracts. In essence, CDMS is a central repository of information, which allows users to both share data and produce detailed reports.
Training modules available to those whose agency is using CDMS.

Introductory Overview

Provided in conjunction with the GP Induction Program and available to Government Procurement and agency staff, this module is for users who are new to contract management or have little experience with CDMS.

There are two modules available - one for Client Procurement Services, ICT Agency and Agency staff and the other for Common Use Arrangement staff.

Contract Award (Single Supplier Contract)

Available to users who have completed Introductory Training, this module assists procurement staff that award single supplier contracts from an existing process within CDMS.

Contract Award (Panel Arrangement)

Available to users who have completed Introductory Training, this module assists procurement staff who are required to award panel contracts from an existing process within CDMS.

Contract Management

For users who have completed Introductory Training, this module assists procurement staff who are exercising options, entering variations or processing novations on existing contracts.

Refresher

Available to users who have completed other CDMS training modules but require a short refresher on the functionality of the system.
