Contract Development and Management System (CDMS)

The Contract Development and Management System (CDMS) is a web based software application used by Government Procurement (GP) and some government agencies. It provides a step-by-step approach to the development and management of procurement contracts in government.
CDMS allows users to share data and produce detailed reports ensuring that uniform, coordinated and correct processes are followed.

The CDMS Access Request Form should be used for any of the following requests:

  • Access to CDMS for a new user.
  • Change a user's access (eg. business level or supervisor).
  • Remove a user's access (eg. employee has left Government or Government Procurement).
  • Additional business level access.
  • Business Administrator access.
