First Home Owner Forms and Publications

The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) application form has been updated to incorporate legislative amendments to the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 which are applicable from 8 October 2012. This new FHOG application from (identified by version date October 2012) must be used for all transactions with an application date from 8 October 2012. The FHOG application form identified by version date January 2012 will not be accepted after 30 November 2012.
