Financial Management Support Service
We provide services to assist agencies in the discharge of their Financial Management (Corporate Service Support) responsibilities. Our key systems and process includes:
- Facilitating the preparation of the agencies annual financial statements
- Facilitating the preparation of any other financial statements or financial information required for internal management purposes or other legal obligations
- Preparation and submission of data relating to Treasury Information Manager System (TIMS) reporting
- Provision of information for the annual and bi-lateral and other budgeting processes
- Ongoing budget reporting and analysis (forecasting, allocating, reporting and performance monitoring and evaluation)
- Audit coordination and management (Office of Auditor General & internal audit)
