Personnel/Payroll Services
We provide a comprehensive personnel/payroll service including the administration of awards, agreements, salaries, wages and entitlements.
This includes:
- Maintaining employee records, benefits, entitlements, deductions, salaries and wages in accordance with awards and agreements.
- Administering staff movements within agencies; including commencements, terminations, transfers, higher duties and temporary deployment.
- Administering employee and employer superannuation benefits and employee salary packaging services.
- Administering and ensuring compliance with taxation legislation as it relates to employee salaries and wages.
- Processing and reconciling fortnightly pay runs on behalf of agencies.
- Undertake reconciliations and produce end of financial year payment summaries.
- Disburse payroll cost centre management reports to the Cost Centre Managers for endorsement, as per TI506 (7) (Payroll Certification).
