We encourage
graduates to be proactive and open to the multiple career
opportunities available throughout the Department. To achieve
this variety and promote innovation, graduates participate in a
rotation system; placement is determined by business needs,
qualification relevance and career interest.
The graduate
program is for twelve months with graduates exposed to three
rotations in diverse business areas within the Department.
Placements may provide the opportunity to be involved in:
- Contract development and management
- Policy development
- Administration of revenue laws
- Program implementation
- Auditing, accounting and
business services
- Human resource management
- Project management
- Information and
communication technologies
In each rotation
graduates have a work plan that specifies placement objectives
and outcomes.
The selected 2019 Graduates need to
be able to start as of Monday 4 February 2019.
